Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Location: LA, California (onsite) Duration: 12 months C2H ALO Yoga is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our rapidly growing engineering team. They will join the Marketing Technology Team and will need extensive knowledge in Marketing Cloud to build custom journeys, provide data extension updates between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role will be the glue that brings together multiple different technologies and data stores to orchestrate new customer experiences. Custom development experience between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud plus data management and ability to verify data between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure correct email targeting is critical. They need to be client facing and able to implement on their own. Looking for an expert. Main Skills:

• Lead senior business team members through transformative activities, beginning with discovery through the delivery of value, designed at streamlining business processes to achieve performance.
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
• Can interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution
• Management skills with understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translating those into technology and operational requirements
• eCommerce implementation experience
• Contribute to the vision of the use of SMC within the ecosystem
• Relevant CDP platform experience or equivalent Customer Data Platform/Management (Custom CDP Solutions, SaaS CDP Solutions such as Tealium Audience Stream, Adobe AEP, Segment, Arm Treasure Data, BlueShift, SessionM, RedPoint etc.) experience preferred
• Experience leading Enterprise level customers through Marketing transformations.
• Two or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer)
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and NOSQL Databases and large scale data movement
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud integration methods including Sales/Service cloud, sFTP, and API integrations
• General understanding of how Interaction Studio and CDP fit into the Marketing Cloud suite of products

• Marketing Cloud system architecture and design experience

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
• Completed at least 5-10 full-lifecycle, enterprise Salesforce.com implementations with focus on Solution Architecture
