Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist

Location: Hidden Hills, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist Duties and responsibilities: •Build customized patient journeys in marketing cloud through combined expertise in database management and data extensions linking our patient files and Marketing Cloud. •Build interface between Sales Force and Marketing Cloud using Sales Force data extensions that allows for both automated and custom template communications between our company and our referring doctors. •Optimize our use of Sales Force reports and automations to position Sales Force as the company's primary CRM and increase our ability to monitor and optimize KPIs. •Must work closely with and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders, vendors and employees. This position works closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Analytic team members. •Responsible for the email platform optimization, acting as the subject matter expert for optimizing all email KPIs including inbox deliverability, data feeds, mobile metrics. •Brings extensive experience in SFMC products such as AMPscript, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio & Journey Builder •Complete technical production and deployment activities including but not limited to automated email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, data architecture, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside SFMC. •Work with Salesforce, support vendors and internal technical staff to troubleshoot and apply new features, upgrades and patches. •Assist with integrating Sales Force and Marketing Cloud with other internal patient management systems. Preferences and Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology is strongly preferred •3 to 5 years of SFMC Development and Administration experience. •Marketing Cloud Certification strongly preferred
