Trade-In Real Estate enables you to pull equity from your house in a simple transaction you can’t get by selling it traditionally. We buy and flip 25 homes per year.

We are hiring 3 driven salespeople to take over our acquisitions team – to connect with sellers, develop good pricing on homes, and get paid handsomely for closing deals.

This is a Base Pay + Commission role. No Real Estate experience needed. Training provided.

Responsibilities

- Field marketing leads.

- Prospect for opportunities.

- Schedule and attend home-viewing appointments.

- Write, deliver, and negotiate offer contracts.

- Maintain communication with lead pipeline.

- Estimate home values, renovation costs, and offer prices.

Qualifications

- Sales Experience.

- Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

- Strong, Unsupervised Work Ethic.
