The ECP functional consultant is responsible for working with Payroll to facilitate the design, development, testing, and execution of Payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
Supporting Payroll functions, running payroll, improving payroll processes, troubleshooting problems Reviewing functional specs, updating, auditing for quality Answering developer's questions
Creating transactional data in support of testing Support / running training for internal team on ECP (Employee Central Payroll) functional questions
Align system solution while requirement gathering and document them as Business Requirements for implementation in SuccessFactors,
Provide functional technical support for integrations.
Hands on experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors ECP & any other module will be an added advantage.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively,

Implement best practices and collaborate with team(s) to implement where applicable
Leverage advanced payroll skills to identify process gaps and introduce innovative approaches that increase predictability and quality
Consult HR best practices by mapping current-state business processes and designs future-state processes,
Good working knowledge of IT services and system development,
