About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Scheduling Performance Manager to oversee our Scheduling Department and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients and caregivers. This role plays a key part in managing people, optimizing scheduling processes, and maintaining operational excellence across our home care field staff.
Key Responsibilities People Management
Supervise and support the Scheduling Coordinators and Home Care Field Staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and development
Partner with HR and Leadership to assist with disciplinary actions when necessary
Attend and participate in the Department Lead monthly meetings
Scheduling & Operational Oversight
Oversee master client schedules to ensure accuracy and consistency across all clients
Ensure all client schedules are completed at least 3 months in advance, with appropriate caregiver-to-client matching based on skill, availability, and compatibility
Create monthly Schedulers On-Call schedule
Oversee daily scheduling operations to ensure timely communication, shift coverage, and smooth execution
Office on-call rotation
Reporting & Data Management
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling efficiency, caregiver utilization, and client satisfaction
Use Monday.com and other systems to manage and analyze scheduling data
Create and present reports for the Leadership Team, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in people management, scheduling, operations, and leading a team, preferably in a home care, healthcare, or staffing environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
