Scrum Master/Project Manager in Enquero’s

Transformation Plus unit, you will be expected to oversee all aspects of projects and will be leading a fast-paced team to deliver industry contextual technology solutions for our Fortune 500 customers as per the customer requirements. As a successful candidate, you will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted problems and tasks and work directly with client. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role. You will exercise independent judgement within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action as well as lead a small team to an outcome while being a role model for your team.
  • Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.
  • Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
  • Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases.
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
  • Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates.
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
  • Able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
  • Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
  • Implement and support principles, rules and processes
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
  • Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA, Manuscript, etc.) to support estimates and execution
  • Presents high level project readouts for status reporting
  • Supports product owner(s)with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare weekly status reports.
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by
    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
    • Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects etc
Qualifications
  • 7 – 10 years of overall experience. 2 – 3 years of experience as a project manager leading

    process oriented projects – Celonis or any other process mining tool.
  • Facilitate agile activities and meetings, including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, tasking, estimating, and agile release planning
  • Must be willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution
  • Assist the team with implementing effective agile disciplinary practices
  • Ability to work with all stakeholders and drive the project towards success
  • Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, leadership visibility, appropriate prioritization, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good to have process analyst background & mindset

Problem Solving/Assessment
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT to document current state processes
  • Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues leveraging lean six sigma tools/templates
  • Leads and facilitates cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts

Implementation and Change Management
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities to implement process or technology improvements
  • Partners with stakeholders to document business requirements and drives sign-off of BRD (business requirements document), managing BRDs (including those with high complexity), cross-functional and cross-regional reviews
  • Works with BSA's and Dev. team on solution design and development
  • Partner with Change Management team to evaluate and document impact of revised processes on end users
  • Creates and deliver training to end users on revised processes/technology solutions

Manages process and procedural documentation
  • Lead and manage user acceptance testing including identification of test cases and resources
  • Assesses testing progress and communicates to stakeholders.
  • Completes post deployment analysis, monitoring and control, driving recommendation for improvement to completion
  • Build desktop procedures and policy documents
  • Drives consistency and alignment across different functional teams
