Scrum MasterExperian Employer Services (EES) is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Data & Enablement team as Scrum Master.  This new position will oversee day-to-day activities for EES business operation teams.  The successful candidate requires a broad range of skills including knowledge of project management tracking practices and agile methodologies to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will have a continuous process improvement mindset, a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams.In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. This individual must have a strong business acumen to collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic business, data, and enablement initiatives empowered by the implementations team.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, scrum-of-scrumsIdentify and remove roadblocks from the team’s path to ensure productivityCoach and guide a team toward stable velocity, successfully meeting sprint commitments and project target datesFoster a healthy team dynamic, utilizing metrics to identify opportunities and drive actionProtect the team from external interruptions by filtering all requests and pushing back on non-priority itemsWork closely with project leaders to manage team priorities and scope each sprint, as well as coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies to keep the project on trackProvide thorough status updates/reports on your team’s sprint and/or project accomplishments in real-time to project/program manager and other key stakeholdersEscalate risks, roadblocks, or issues in a timely fashionPresent team/project status, metrics, risks, or concerns to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with confidence and clarity, verbally and in writingCoach and provide feedback to individual team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and areas of opportunityBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in, maintain compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and expand or reduce activities as needed.Demonstrate subject matter expertise across the organization by exuding deep knowledge to drive collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as clients and partners.Mentor teammates on processes, best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution.Flexibility to be a utility player where needed as this business evolves.Qualifications:Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Scrum and Agile developmentFamiliar with KanbanHigh proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA, Portfolio etc.)Expertise in pure project management tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft projectsExcellent problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Conscientious self-starter, with a work attitude that exhibits flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and dependability.Consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively.Outstanding presence and solid communication skills, both written and verbal, who effectively communicates at all levels of the organization.Proven success navigating large, matrixed organizations.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Preferred Experience:Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and pragmatic execution.Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.Confident in managing relationships both face-to-face and remotely.Experience working at a technology company or consulting firm.MS Office Suite, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Python, BI tools.Experience working at a technology company or consulting firm.Active PMP,  PMI-ACP certification a plus.
