This will be a high energy, fast paced, high volume team responsible for generating High Valued Pipeline. As the leader of this SDR Team, you will take responsibility for coaching, enablement, strategy and execution. The SDR Manager and its team will report to the VP Revenue Marketing, along with working closely with sales leaders as well as our growth marketing team.ObjectivesBuild & lead a team of talented Sales Development Reps (typically between 1-2 years experience)

Actively shadowing, mentoring and providing specific and actionable feedback to SDR's via weekly 1:1's

Lead a team that consistently exemplifies a growth mindset, raises the bar in the discipline of sales prospecting, and drives a culture of trust and success

Be passionate about process and operational excellence. Find ways to improve lead flow, help drive better lead scoring and help sales win more deals with data driven insights.

Be in tune with the latest software that can help drive productivity within SDR Group. Have knowledge around current tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, Discovery Data and Gong amongst others)

Maintain a lively, high energy, fun, competitive and cooperative team culture that is focused on results

Lead the team to meet objectives of closing revenue, identifying and qualifying opportunities to pass to the Account Executive team and contribution to overall team revenue

Coach and develop SDR's to carry a quota closing role

Understand how to drive productivity and engagement in a remote environment.

RequirementsSales Development and SaaS Experience: Previous experience with demonstrated success managing the sales development team and/or previous success as a quota achieving Account Executive for a Software or SaaS-based business

Leadership: Previous leadership/coaching experience strongly preferred but not firmly required if a track record of high performance can be proven

Collaboration: A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in team members from diverse backgrounds with complementary skills

Management: Has the ability to create and track individual and team metrics

Mentorship: Should be very focused on development and advancement of their team members and must also be highly coachable themselves

Teambuilder: A builder of relationships necessary to make things happen - across a table or across the country in Slack or via Zoom
