Seasonal Production Associate

We are hiring a SEASONAL Production Assistant to join our team!

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Production Assistant will assist with administrative duties during the production season.

Position Responsibilities:

Work closely with Production Supervisors to understand all production department

schedules.

Work closely with Production Supervisors to schedule overtime assignments of

production employees.

Work closely with Production Supervisors to correct Time Clock errors of production

employees (missing punches, meal break penalties, etc.).

Data entry of departmental safety trainings.

Assist in data entry of work notifications to maintenance using SAP

Work with Supervisors to hand out necessary PPE and other job-related

attire/gear/equipment to employees and or new hires.

Maintain document control process.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
