Looking for a Secretary with Quick Books experience to do light bookkeeping skills for a Bookkeeping Firm. Must be able to answer phones, take messages, filing and have Microsoft Office experience. The bookkeeping portion is using Quick Books. Recording accounts receivable and entering daily POS reports. Possibly entering invoices into accounts payable. If bilingual, would be great.
