Security Guard Wanted

Responsibilities:

-Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff.

-Check IDs and manage guest entry according to venue policies.

-De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances with professionalism.

-Monitor crowd behavior and enforce house rules.

-Work closely with management and local authorities when needed.

-Conduct periodic security checks of the venue (inside and outside).

Requirements:

-Previous bar security or customer-facing experience preferred.

-Must be 21+ years old.

-Comfortable working in high-energy nightlife environments.

-Must be respectful, inclusive, and comfortable with LGBTQ+ individuals and communities.

-Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

-Physically able to stand for long periods and respond quickly if needed.

-Valid California Guard Card is required (additional certifications to be discussed in person).
