Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure environment, while also providing exceptional customer service. Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have at least 1 year of security experience.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

California Security Professional Guard Card required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
