Seeking Autism Support Staff – Rewarding Work, Flexible Hours

Seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join a small home team supporting a 22-year-old adult male with autism and complex behavioral and medical needs. Must be patient, alert, and physically capable. Duties include personal care, community outings, and behavioral support. Experience with autism, pica, and severe allergies strongly preferred. Shifts available weekdays and weekends. Training provided. Great opportunity to make a real difference.
