Seeking Baristas, Bussers, and Sales Team for Re/creation Cafe

We are seeking experienced Baristas, Bussers, and Sales Team Members to join our team of Mood Makers for an exciting new creative cafe space called Re/creation Cafe. Re/creation Cafe is an elevated fast-casual cafe that will offer live music and live painting along with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our beverage program will feature beer, wine, classic espresso drinks, mood enhancing non-alcoholic tonics, and a unique coffee program that features adaptogen and mushroom elixirs.

Job duties include: preparing espresso drinks, smoothies, juices, & cocktail style tonics; serving beer & wine; handling sales & customer service; food running, bussing, cleaning & all aspects of FOH operations.

We are looking for team members with at least two years experience in hospitality and food service. Experienced Baristas are a major plus, as well as experience with cocktails, nootropics, adaptogens, and mushrooms. All food handlers must be ServSafe certified, and must be 21+ to serve alcohol. Looking for people who are motivated, disciplined, responsible, creative, and excellent at customer service. We aim to create a unique culture that values community, arts, people, and positive impact, not just for our guests and customers, but for our team of Mood Makers. If you are an artist or musician, that is also a plus, but not required.

Starting pay is minimum wage + tips with raises offered after the first year. Training will begin in late May with an opening date in early June. Please send your resume to the email below along with a brief introduction and where you currently live.
