I’m a senior male (65+) looking for a certified female personal trainer to help me build cardio strength three times a week at my apartment’s gym in Midtown. I have some minor physical limitations, so I need a trainer who is patient, experienced, and able to tailor workouts to my needs while still helping me improve endurance and overall fitness.

Details:

Location: My apartment gym in Midtown

Frequency: 3 sessions per week

Focus: Cardio endurance, strength, and mobility

Trainer Preference: Certified female trainer with experience working with seniors or individuals with minor physical limitations. Fun, positive and patient.

Availability: I’m flexible around scheduling
