Seeking Highly Qualified Real Estate Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and highly experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our team! If you have a strong background in editing high-quality real estate videos, we want to hear from you.

Please note: If you do not have demo reels featuring real estate footage but believe your skills and experience align with the requirements of this role, we would still be very interested in hearing from you.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience editing professional real estate videos, showcasing properties in the best light.

Expertise in color grading log footage to achieve the highest level of visual quality and professionalism.

Strong knowledge of professional sound design to complement visuals and create an immersive viewing experience.

Mastery of speed ramping and smooth transitions to add energy and polish to each video.

The ability to find and select the perfect music that fits the vibe and atmosphere of each property, enhancing the viewer's experience.

Familiarity with current trends in real estate social media video content and the ability to craft videos that engage and captivate viewers.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.

Requirements:

Experience with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

We will give you access to high-quality footage and sound libraries to work with.

Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous real estate video editing work.

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
