Seeking a dedicated on-site property manager to oversee our rental property.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term maintenance of the property.

Your key duties will include:

- Conducting tenant screening, selection, and lease management

- Ensuring timely rent collection

- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships

- Performing property inspections and delivering regular updates
