Route Technician – $23/hr – Full-Time – Early Start, Solo Work

We are hiring a dependable, physically capable individual to service multi-family housing properties. Duties include cleaning trash/recycling areas, removing bulk items (e.g. sofas, appliances), and ensuring safe & clean site conditions. You will get DIRTY! You will do heavy lifting & jump into dumpsters! This is not just a driving job.

Must Haves:

At least 22 years old

Valid license (5+ years), clean record

Pass background check & drug screen

Able to lift 50+ lbs, jump from 4-ft ledge, and work in all weather

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to get dirty

Details:

Pay: $23/hr (paid full shift even if done early)

Schedule: Sun–Thurs, 4 AM start, 8-hour shifts
