The Senior Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and will prepare company financials, assist in mentoring staff accountants and assist in maintaining and developing controls, policies and procedures. nbsp; nbsp;This is a hybrid position and pays 90K-95K+Bonus. nbsp;Essential Responsibilities: nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Responsible for the full month end close process nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Assist in development of internal controls and accounting policies and procedures nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Participate in all aspects of general accounting reporting and analysis nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Partner up with different departments within the company to achieve company objectives nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Assist with Ad-Hoc ProjectsQualifications: nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Bachelors Degree in Accounting nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Minimum 3-5 years of Accounting experience nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Proficiency with ERP systems ideally Oracle nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; CPA or CPA candidate not required but would be a plus nbsp;Skills: nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Excellent verbal and written communication skills nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment nbsp;Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
