Senior Accountant - Fast high growth opportunity

Open due to growth

Day to day:

Working closely with construction/development team

Invoices review; AP is done by an outsourced team; so this person will be reviewing the invoices done by the outsourced team as they may not code 100% correctly

Monthly reporting - submit the financial package to the JV partners

Construction draw - there's a template and training so no experience is needed here

Requirements

Ideal Candidate/Key requirements:

2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the real estate space; possible profiles:

Candidates coming out of audit AND tax!

GL candidates – staff/senior accountants; no one too tenured please

Yardi would be a HUGE plus

Good communication skills as this person would be interacting with vendors
