Senior Azure Architect with Power Platform experienceEstrada Consulting, Inc. (ECI) is currently seeking two Senior Azure Architect for a client project located in Sacramento, CA.The team will be responsible for the following:
  • Designing and implementing a cloud infrastructure landing zone for the migration of Client applications to Microsoft Azure.
  • Performing and assisting with Windows server management within an Azure environment.
  • Performing and assisting with Microsoft DevOps management within an Azure environment.
  • Development and maintenance of Microsoft SQL database(s) within an Azure environment.
  • Development and maintenance of solutions utilizing Microsoft .NET and Microsoft IIS technologies.
  • Support to the design, development, and implementation of low-code/no-code solutions within an Azure environment.
Term of project will be 12-24 months.

Location: Sacramento, CA. It is preferred for the team to live and work in Sacramento, CA but remote work may be approved at the discretion of the end-client.

Rate: pay rate will depend on candidate’s experience, education, and tax filing status of the contractor whether W2 hourly or has its own established corporation for C2C monthly invoicing. This PayScale ranges from $50-80 per hour. Will be discussed further with the candidate.

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:Candidates will have a minimum of 10-years working directly in Information Technology projects including the following experiences:1) Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience with Designing, Planning, Implementing, and Optimizing cloud infrastructure with particular focus on setting up, configuring, and utilizing Azure Cloud services.2) Minimum of two (2) years of experience designing and implement a cloud infrastructure landing zone for the migration of applications to Microsoft Azure.3) Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing Windows server management within an Azure environment.4) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Azure DevOps.5) Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the development and maintenance of Microsoft SQL database(s) within an Azure environment.6) Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the development and maintenance of applications utilizing Microsoft .NET and Microsoft IIS technologies.7) Minimum of two (2) years of experience working closely with stakeholders to establish cloud migration strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.

CONTRACTOR DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS 1) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft API Management product and utilities.2) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform product and utilities.3) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with PaaS development tools within an Azure environment.4) Minimum of two (2) years of experience establishing detailed cloud migration project plans and executing against those plans.5) Minimum of one (1) year of experience with development and deployment of low-code and/or no-code solutions.6) Minimum of two (2) years of experience creating best practice detailed migration plans utilizing work breakdown structure to establish critical path, agreed upon milestones/deliverables, and resource plans according to the cloud migration strategy.7) Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading rapid development approaches for cloud-based solutions utilizing agile solution development methodologies.8) Experience working on information technology projects in support of governmental agencies.9) Minimum of three (3) experiences providing technical training to support staff members.10) Possession of any of the following Microsoft Azure certifications: AZ-104, AZ-303, or AZ-900.11) Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. Additional application development experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Where experience is substituted for education, documented evidence of that experience must be provided with the proposal response.Respondent must provide copies of certifications listed above.Candidate will be required to provide an updated resume that reflects the minimum qualifications and any desired qualifications, any degree copy, certification copy, completed skill matrix, and three complete client references from previous projects related to the tasks and deliverables.
