Senior Backend Engineer / Java / Kubernetes

• 6-8 years professional development experience focused on backend development (Java)
• Solving scalable & database problems
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
• Experience designing and implementing backend architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study

• Experience designing and implementing several microservices
• Extensive experience building from scratch and adding new innovative features in backend development using Java
• Experience working as a team lead is considered an asset
