Senior Business Analyst

Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Menlo Park, CA Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis on business performance. Manage a portfolio of products to conduct analysis to derive insights that will drive business decisions.
• Work with the business to understand its needs and develop consistent and scalable end-to-end solutions that fulfill these needs.
• Identify data and tooling requirements to influence project prioritization and roadmaps.
• Guide process improvements, consulting with cross-functional teams to understand available solutions, solve workflow problems, and ensure automation systems are fully leveraged.
• Improve systems by analyzing current processes and proposing appropriate modifications.
• Establish business partnership with key leaders.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience of data analysis.
• Demonstrated problem solving experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
• People management experience.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems with minimal guidance
• Excellent partnership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
