Role: Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce Education Cloud

Duration: 6+ months

Location: SFO, CA (Remote for now)

Job Description:Senior Business Analyst at MIT Professional Ed.

Requirements are :

Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Salesforce Flow and other process automation tools (some experience with Apex is preferred (particularly with understanding debug statements, but not a dealbreaker)
Intermediate Experience with Experience Cloud design, administration, and configuration
Intermediate experience of EDA, preferably with Education Cloud Consultant certification or a plan to pursue such certification, particularly with knowledge of EDA objects like course connections/course/course offering and program plans
Intermediate experience with Sales cloud objects (Products, Pricebooks, Orders and Opportunity)
Beginner to Intermediate familiarity with Pardot (Marketing Cloud should be fine as well)
Intermediate to Advanced experience with Reports and Dashboards
Some knowledge of Conga
Beginner to Intermediate familiarity with FormAssembly (ideally with FormAssembly connectors and builder to intersect how this will connect with flow)
Familiarity with Data Importing (currently experimenting with Data Mover which is now GA, but can provide guidance and assistance)
