10+ years of overall work experience, out of which 8+ years in IT Solutions/Services industry in Business Analysis area.
Expert expirience of Mortgage Domain into LOS (Loan origination systems) in originations.
Experience in handling projects with Onsite Discovery / Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Functional Design.
Good understanding of Agile and iterative approaches for software development.
Willingness to work and quickly ramp up for new business models in After-sales for different industry segments.
Should be expert in leading the discovery and steer the customers towards the right solutions.
Consultative mindset to design innovative solutions that are in line with customer strategy and objective.
Analyze the current process and collaboratively optimize it with industry best practices to provide enhanced customer experience.
Independently Work with client's cross functional team for business requirements gathering, analysis and solution design.
Should be able to translate the gathered business requirements into EPICS, use cases, user stories, UI Prototypes, create workflows and functional design during SDLC.
Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team in India during the software development. This could be in terms of functionality, system integrations, user interface, user experience, best-in-class practices, KPIs etc.
Work with the customer (business users) in preparing User acceptance test cases and assist in the UAT.
