Senior Business Systems AnalystLocation: South San Francisco, CaliforniaExpected from the Client:Looking for a Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, with experience in Pharma, or Healthcare Industries and supporting Site Operations Functions and Systems for the Organization. An ideal candidate should have experience working across AI/ML Projects in the Pharma, HealthCare, Med Devices space, and having functional understanding of advanced analytics use cases in the Pharma/ HC domain esp. across Site Services. The candidate selected for the position will be part of the Commercial, Data & Insights Product Line under the US Market Domain supporting Data Science & Machine Learning Product, and having responsibility for platforms such as recommendation engines and the delivery of relevant, timely, and action-oriented insights to field personnel and other channels.Technical Skills Needed· Overall 8+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst , with leading skills in requirement gathering, design, helping with development clarifications, functional testing, documentation of Functional Specification, Product Backlog Grooming, good PowerPoint presentation skills · Strong hands-on and leadership experience in deploying a board set of AI/ML technologies · Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools preferredSoft Skills Needed· The Business System Analyst must be an effective negotiator, leader, and communicator in working with client multiple business units as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams. · Collaborate with Product Line Leads, Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risksBelow are some key initiatives under this product:1- Data Science Workbench for Client: Implementation of Advanced Analytical insights and services platform for everyday Commercial AI, systemizing the use of data for exceptional business results and a central solution for the design, deployment, and management of AI applications2 - Natural Language Processing (NLP) Platform: Collaborating with external vendor to pilot and deploy in-house built unified NLP platform for training, running, and managing ML models and deploy recommendation applications for field sales force3- Commercial Data Science (CDS) Sandbox: Pilot and launch web-based, integrated development environment (IDE) that lets you prepare data, build, train, deploy, and monitor your machine in AWS.
