Description Role Description:We are looking for a Senior Change Manager that will drive change initiatives for the department. You will be inspire the organization to embrace change across a wide variety of initiatives that enhance or transform our procurement processes and tools. This is a highly cross-functional role across Finance and the company.You will define and execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our stakeholders while driving behavioral and mindset shifts. Key to this role is your ability to build relationships apply critical thinking and take the initiative to drive results. As a successful Change Manager you will use influence and innovation to maximize adoption and ensure a positive change experience.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change plans for department-led programs including: leadership and stakeholder engagement training and communications plans that achieve desired behavioral changes.
Create effective communications strategy and supporting messaging to enable adoption and build shared understanding of and support for change initiatives.
Conduct training needs assessment design training plan and develop training and reference materials to support various department initiatives.
Identify people-related risks anticipate points of resistance and develop plans to address any concerns.
Create strategies for tracking and managing adoption of change initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enablement leads to develop change management plans to support enterprise-wide programs.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in change management training and/or communications
Experience/Certification with Prosci ADKAR Model or similar framework
Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Self-motivation/willingness to take initiative
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Camtasia or other video creation/editing tool big plus!
Knowledge of procure-to-pay processes
Knowledge of Finance Business Systems - Oracle Coupa and emerging P2P platforms such as e-Procurement contract management RFx tools and supplier relationship management SRM
Experience with the salesforce platform
Experience with flowcharting applications Visio LucidChart
Certification in PMI PMP or Lean Six Sigma belt
