Mandatory Qualifications:1. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.2. Four (4) years of experience developing/maintaining large COBOL applications in both Batch and Online environments using DB2/SQL,TSO/ISPF, CICS,JCL.• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Knowledge and experience of relational database structure views3. Four (4) years of experience with the z/OS IBM mainframe platform• Knowledge of VSAM• Experience using Xpediter/File Aide4. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
