This includes but is not limited to costing and review of all products, review and support of costs associated with customer quotes, spend review and account assignment verification, inventory review and control along with site and corporate cost reporting requirements.Responsibilities Include

Partnering with site leadership to ensure effective cost review is completed regularly to drive accountability and understanding while improving cost performance for the San Diego location.

Reviewing, tracking, and following up on Capital Expenditure spending to help create cost justifications for new projects.

Tracking submissions and approvals and monitoring spending from start to completion and closure.

Ensuring proper costing and valuation of inventory and review PPV drivers.

Providing reports and analysis of actual job costing that helps leadership drive improvements.

Developing and maintaining a rigorous cycle count program for the site through A,B,C classification and tight statistical performance to reduce full physical requirements.

Ensuring timely and accurate completion of cost reporting requirements (Flash, Spend Control, Supply Spend, CHROMM Usage, Past Dues, WFS, Labor Scorecard, CRT, Sales Detail, Qlikview, Budget and Forecast).

Supporting month-end close and reconciliation activities as assigned.

Conducting Ad hoc cost analysis as required.

Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes and controls.
