Senior Data Developer (Snowflake)

For a financial client we need Senior Data Developer (Snowflake). This position is based in San Francisco, CA. We are Primarily looking for W2 Candidates and not looking for Third Party Candidates. The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

• 5+ years in Technology with 3 years in developing and deploying data solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing documentation
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment
• Systems analysis background with an emphasis on legacy process decomposition and debugging/tuning/refactoring
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and associated tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
• QA / Testing must be highly proficient in QA and testing methodologies/concepts with a demonstratable level of expertise
• Comfortable working within an Agile framework
• Extensive experience with SQL required; knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, and SQLMI preferred
• Hands-on experience with ETL and ELT; Informatica
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud database technologies such as Snowflake, Azure SQL or MySQL databases.

• A passion to design and implement single and multi-tenant data solutions using various database design and data modelling best practices.
• Experience building scalable and robust data solutions for websites using a range of technologies
• Business Intelligence development experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
