This environment is built to support our growing product teams providing security services to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in AWS cloud , with a good understanding of cloud security and software architecture. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards for FedRAMP, PCI/SOC2 , FIPS, etc.Your Impact

This candidate will be part of a Global DevOps/ SRE team who will play a significant role in the definition and implementation of theAWS, Docker and Kubernetes platform strategy and enabling various cross functional teams

Ensure service uptimes to maintain the SLA driven uptime

Maintain speed of our code deployments via GitLab/ Jenkins in a AWS Cloud-based setup

Working and collaborating closely with various product teams to improve the service velocity

Promptly understand, respond and fix issues and bugs

Assist in the investigation and remediation of security incidents and issues to be able to provide guidance on security weaknesses in the cloud environment

Your Experience

3rd shift (6pm-2am PST)

Bachelor’s degree required - BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience required

The candidate must be a self-starter and possess excellent analytical skills

Ability to work well with remote teams - especially the ability to communicate clearly about feature requirements and technical decisions

Working knowledge with AWS and other clouds

Coding skills preferred - Python, Go, Java etc.

Passion for Cloud security is a significant plus

Familiarity with common compliance and auditing standards (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA or FedRamp)

Knowledge on Kubernetes, microservices, API Gateways, Vault, Database systems etc. is an added plus

Knowledge on basic DevOps tools - GitLab , Jenkins

Knowledge on distributed microservices, handling thread and API level troubleshooting

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $119,700/yr to 193,600/yr.
