Reporting to the SVP,  Global Channel and Alliances, this Partner Program leadership role is responsible for designing, implementing, launching and managing Freshwork’s  partner programs.In 2023 and beyond, our partner ecosystem will be  a strategic pillar to Freshworks overall go-to-market success. You will be a visible leader responsible for driving a partner success culture across functional business units as we will depend more and more on our global partners to achieve  ambitious growth goals.You will collaborate with the broader organization and various leaders in the evolution, execution, measurement, operationalization of the partner programs and associated partner go-to-market initiatives. You will use your knowledge and experience of partner ecosystems and programs development to enable, expand and deepen our partner relationships and drive partner supported revenue growth.Use your strong program development and execution experience with  partner ecosystem knowledge to evaluate trends, partner values, global differences and behaviors, as well as cultural shifts to ensure that partner programs are well-designed for regional and global expansion, and company growth.Architect the partner program framework for ecosystem partners – recognizing the unique differences within diverse partner categories.Define operational requirements and processes required to support the implementation, management and evolution of partner programs and initiatives.Develop, implement, and measure the global Partner program and associated initiatives in collaboration with the global partner organization leaders and team members.Work cross-functionally across product, marketing, and sales ecosystem teams to ensure alignment, define requirements, develop roadmaps and budgets to ensure partner and programs adoption and success in each partner segment.Develop program core messaging, including business value proposition for partner and Ceridian, and oversee development of program materials including guides, policies, and other content and collateralCreate and drive the  OKR’s and metrics to ensure continuous understanding, evaluation, and measurement of Partner program success.Cross-functional contribution to the Global Partner Strategy and Programs .
