Job Summary:This expert level individual contributor is primarily responsible for leading complex or highly specialized EEO and other HR investigations, conducting reporting of Company employee information, and leading employee relations training and assistance activities aligned with KPs performance management strategy and processes.This position monitors and interprets complex regulatory changes (e.g., policies, procedures, federal and state laws), and serves as a lead consultant to business line stakeholders on complex Human Resources policies, processes, procedures, laws, and regulations.Essential Responsibilities:

Leads EEO and other HR investigations across multiple business functions by reviewing findings and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data; overseeing team investigation activities; ensuring team understanding of key business issues; consulting with senior HR and business leadership; and evaluating and approving corrective action plans for substantiated allegations.

Leads reporting activities of Company employee information by reviewing and approving reports and analyses; ensuring alignment of reports with Human Resources and business needs; gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders; evaluating database technologies to track key data (e.g., case management, investigation status); building and maintaining relationships with external parties to resolve issues; and ensuring reporting requirements are met.

Oversees employee relations training and assistance activities aligned with KPs performance management strategy and processes by providing specialized consultation; reviewing research reports; providing consultation on employment-related regulations at the State and Federal levels; ensuring leadership, managers, and ensuring employees are appropriately educated.

Leads activities associated with continued regulatory compliance by monitoring and influencing strategy around regulatory changes; evaluating the impact of changes to the business; providing direction on implementation of changes; and providing regulatory input before and during inspections to minimize the risks of future non-compliance.

Serves as a leading expert in providing consulting to business line stakeholders on Human Resources policies, processes, procedures, laws and regulations by advising employees and management as needed; analyzing concerns; coordinating problem resolution; staying abreast of and interpreting policies and regulations; developing policies in partnership with cross-functional leadership; guiding managers on employee management, discipline, and terminations; and working with Legal to resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Social/Behavioral Science, Education, Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field and minimum Ten (10) years experience in HR consulting, including at minimum Six (6) years in employee and/or labor relations.

Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
