DescriptionSenior Executive Support Technician - Private BankingSan Francisco Locals preferred (Hybrid 4 day onsite role)The Senior IT Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing direct technology support to the most senior executives of Citizens Bank. This position requires someone with strong customer service skills and deep level of technical expertise. Paying close attention to detail, exhibiting excellent judgement and the ability communicate clearly and concisely with executives & senior staff is a critical component to success in this role. This role demands that the person acts as the face of IT for executives. To reduce impact on the executives, developing deep partnerships with other support teams to mitigate issues quickly is essential. The ideal candidate enjoys technology and has in-depth understanding and working knowledge of many end user platforms which includes but not limited to Windows PC’s, Macintosh, Printers, Home Network devices, and business software applications. Support for Apple IOS devices (iPads & iPhones) are major area of focus for this role.Qualifications

5 years’ proven experience working in an executive support / white glove organization.

Prior experience supporting conference rooms & AV equipment.

Preferred Technical Certifications

CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+

Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACIT) Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)

Microsoft Certified Windows Associate – Windows 10 (MCSA), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

ITL Foundations v3

Required Technology Skills

Building desktops from images with close attention to detail for personalization & customization

Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy

Networking knowledge – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN

Mobile Technology – IOS, AirWatch, Android, OKTA, Authenticator

Operating Systems – Windows 10 & 11, MacOS, IOS

Microsoft Office 365 suite

Installation & Configuration of Windows & IOS Applications

As a Senior IT Desktop Support Technician, You will

Work directly with C-Level executives and their staff and or critical business units

Respond quickly to all technology needs inclusive of desktop hardware/software, mobile devices, printing, remote access

Support events onsite & offsite requiring travel, setup of network, desktop, and printing

Be flexible around shift work depending on business needs and projects

Provide support for executive meetings & video conferences

Be available on call support after hours

Work well independently and in team setting

Be flexible to the constantly changing environment

Work with a sense of urgency to satisfy client needs within SLA

Work on strategic and tactical projects that align with objectives

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is 94400 - 141600 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
