Experience in managing and sourcing electrical board design, layout, fabrication, component populations Experience in component and system integration, testing and verification on system and vehicle level Experience in generating test plans that match with production milestone and able to execute the tests to fulfill feature deployment requirements Experience in hardware troubleshooting from electrical/electronics standpoint Knowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO, IEC, ASPICE, and other regulations, industry benchmarks and customer requirements Excellent communication skills to collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, embedded software, platform team, program management, and manufacturing teams Advantageous: Previous project experience from automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier Previous experience with ADAS customer functions and/or HMI/Infotainment systems at a Tier-1 or OEM Experience in PCB layout design and component selection through all design phases Familiar with PCB and electronics manufacturing testing such as inline, IQC, EOL, burn-in, etc., and reliability test such as shock and vibration, thermal and humidity, corrosion, etc. Experience in MATLAB, Python, C/C, CANoe, or equivalent tools for modeling, diagnostics and analysis Experience in using common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, calibration tools, basic EE tools, etc. Knowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO, IEC, ASPICE, and other regulations, industry benchmarks and customer requirements Educational Requirements: BS minimum in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or other related fields Higher degrees preferred At least 3 years of work experience in related position, ideally in the automotive field
