Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Overview The incumbent is responsible for all fee billing system related activities including data imports, fee exports, scheduled reporting, and the start-up and shutdown of daily billing processes. He/She is required to set-up and maintains fee schedule and billing information within the fee billing system. This includes the coding of activity groups, billing rules, billing equations, and fee exemptions within a time sensitive deadline-driven environment. The incumbent also creates, maintains, generates, and distributes a wide variety of scheduled and adhoc fee reports to all levels within the Portfolio Management and Finance departments. This position is required to manage and support various projects and/or initiatives as they relate to the billing process. The incumbent is responsible for data verification and system testing for new software releases. He/She updates and maintains systems diagrams/workflows and operating procedures for the fee system and billing process. 3-5 years of related experience. BS/BA preferred. Prior billing experience, knowledge of the Advantage fee billing system or SEI accounting platform, and Microsoft SQL is a plus. Prior experience developing Microsoft Access forms, macros, queries, and reports required. Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a strong attention to detail required.
