Medical device company looking for a strong Sr. Internal Auditor to support a project. Fully remote role working out of PST hours!Qualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or any other related field of studyMust have 2+ years of experience as a Sr. Auditor4+ years of experience in SOX testing and controlsCPA a plus!Job Description:Lead and execute internal audit projects, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, particularly SOX controls.Identify and assess risks, and develop audit programs to address those risks.Conduct walkthroughs and testing of key controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective action plans.Monitor the progress of remediation efforts and perform follow-up audits as necessary.Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing and SOX compliance.Assist in the development and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
