Position: Senior iOS Engineer

Job Description:You will be a key member of the Mobile Platform team which owns the responsibility of architecting and gluing all the app features together, creating shared modules and components, and raising the bar for app performance and quality.

What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and delivering code that’s readable, maintainable, testable, scalable, reusable, and efficientWorking in an Agile team with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve problems as part of a teamThinking from the customer’s perspective to recommend design improvementsCollaborating with backend teams to design effective and understandable APIsFollowing established architecture patterns and suggesting improvementsImplementing new features according to specificationsInvestigating and fixing bugsBuilding unit and UI testsLearning and implementing the latest technologiesMentoring fellow engineersParticipating in on-call rotations (daytime hours) to help our Support team solve problems for customers

Requirements (X4 iOS)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience6+ years of experience as a software engineerExpert Swift skillsSolid understanding of the full mobile development life cycleExperience using GitHubUnit testing best practices and patternsCaching, logging, performance tuning, and monitoringCI/CD systems such as TeamCity or JenkinsCommunicate in English
