We're seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This is an in-office role with an established support system and the opportunity to grow in a high-volume, high-reward niche.

Key Responsibilities:

Process 20–40 files/month related to foreclosure bailouts, bridge loans, and short-term lending

Prepare files from intake through closing – including NOD/NTS timeline awareness

Coordinate with underwriters, escrow, title, attorneys, and investors

Review loan docs, verify compliance, and manage high-pressure timelines

Communicate with distressed borrowers and agents

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years loan processing experience (private money/hard money/bridge preferred)

Experience with foreclosure timelines and distressed assets is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of title, escrow, loan docs, and closing procedures

Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple urgent files

Must be local to South OC and able to work in-office daily
