Mandatory Qualifications:1) Ten (10) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience supporting Lotus Notes on an enterprise level. At least five years of that experience must have been as a senior Lotus Notes system administrator.2) Five (5) years of experience as a high-level technical specialist on the most complex business applications, such as human resource, administrative, and financial functions. Very knowledgeable in software design, development, user interface, user controls, business classes, data access, reporting and implementation.3) Five (5) years of experience as senior developing/supporting Lotus Notes applications and Domino server version 8.5 or higher.4) Five (5) years of hands-on programming experience with IBM Domino, Lotus Notes and related products, including expertise in LotusScript, @Formula-language, Domino Web Development, and administration.5) Three (3) upgrade projects conversion of identified Lotus Notes applications to newer platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce, etc. and hands-on experience with developing or modernizing Lotus applications.6) Three (3) years of experience migrating reports and data from Lotus Notes to newer data and reporting tools such as SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI etc.7) Five (5) years of experience performing Notes Storage Facility (NSF) database management inclusive of data integration, data migration to other storage locations/equipment, data quality checks for integrity of data, and data correction functions as needed.8) Two (2) years of experience with LotusScript, Javascript, Web services design, and Lotus Notes technical architecture.9) Three (3) years of experience supporting ad-hoc information reporting from Lotus Notes database repositories.Desirable Qualifications:1) Ten (10) or more years of experience as a high-level technical specialist on the most complex business applications, such as human resource, administrative, and financial functions. Very knowledgeable in software design, development, user interface, user controls, business classes, data access, reporting and implementation.2) Seven (7) or more years of experience as senior developing/supporting Lotus Notes applications and Domino server version 8.5 or higher.3) Seven (7) or more years of hands-on programming experience with IBM Domino, Lotus Notes and related products, including expertise in LotusScript, @Formulalanguage, Domino Web Development, and administration.4) Five (5) or more upgrade projects conversion of identified Lotus Notes applications to newer platforms such as Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.5) Five (5) or more years of experience migrating reports and data from Lotus Notes to newer data and reporting tools such as SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI etc.6) Four (4) or more years of experience in Domino architectural and infrastructure concepts and techniques, configure, and optimize IBM Domino Server environments and performance, experience with Lotus Administrative client.7) Four (4) or more years of experience in designing, planning, sequencing, and performing the migration of Lotus Notes applications into other technologies such as SharePoint, .Net, and Salesforce.
