Senior Man Needs Experienced Caregiver

I’m a high-functioning, mobile (reasonably!), senior man, but I don't have the energy to do 'everything' I used to do, such as

put my (well organized) meds together, prepare my Metamucil, prep light meals, bring things to me as needed, keep my well-kept-house clean, do some nearby shopping/dry cleaners/prescription pick-up and go with me to a doctor’s appointment once in a while, 3 to 4 days/week, 12 hour days.
