Identify, size and prioritize company-wide projects that enable PayNearMe to efficiently drive rapid growth
Lead project-based work with cross-functional teams to design and Implement operations best practices - focusing on cross-functional business processes
Collaborate with leaders across the company to identify key metrics, build dashboards, and recommend data-driven actions to drive operational quality, scalability, and efficiency
Partner with Functional and Technical leaders to set data and systems requirements to support operations needs
Support Enterprise Tool selection, optimization/rationalization and support for cross-functional processes including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, etc.
Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define the right line between product functionality and enterprise tools
Proven ability to collaborate across all functions and levels within an organization in order to drive projects through to completion
Proven problem solving and process improvement experience including issue identification, process mapping, opportunity quantification/prioritization, and solution design
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting to and influencing large groups
Comfort working with a widely distributed team in a fast-paced environment where goals may be ambiguous or change quickly
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management methodologies a strong plus
Experience with key Enterprise tools (Salesforce, etc.) a plus
Payments industry experience is a plus
4-7 years relevant experience in Management Consulting or Operations analysis
