While details may evolve, our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together three days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!Your CareerThe Senior Manager, GTM Field Programs, Prisma Cloud is a part of our Sales Strategy & Ops team, and drives the Go-To-Market (GTM) field programs for Prisma Cloud. Our vision is to build the most productive and effective sales organization in the industry and accelerate the growth of Prisma Cloud. We're seeking someone who will combine strategic thinking with execution capabilities to define, land and execute against the key sales initiatives. In this role, you will identify and define the key GTM Field Programs for global rollout, draft the incentives to drive momentum, and create mechanisms to monitor the performance using weekly / monthly tracking metrics. The initiatives you lead could fall into multiple areas of priorities for the business. You will ensure that these initiatives are aligned with the changing business needs and iterate & invent new ones as needed. You will drive relationships with stakeholders across our Sales organization and partner with leaders from Product, Finance, and Sales Ops to drive alignment on the go-forward approach and execution plan. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical, and capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves, slicing and dicing massive sets of information, and creating solutions to problems that have not been tackled yet. This role is a hybrid of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations, and is an exciting career opportunity for an someone looking to transition from Strategy Consulting to a high growth industry, and flex his/her strategy muscles to add value to the business.Your Impact

Define, scale, and lead the roll out of key GTM Programs for the Prisma Cloud Sales organization

Develop and maintain strategic partnership with Prisma Cloud Sales leadership to understand business strategies, current capabilities, and gaps

Drive data-driven analysis and evaluation of productivity data to make recommendations on strategic programs and support leadership decision-making

Relentlessly search for ways to scale your efforts through automation and dashboards

Employ systematic and rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine program requirements and track program effectiveness

Periodic readouts for Prisma Cloud leadership on the progress and success of the initiatives

Your Experience

4+ years relevant work experience post MBA with at least 2 years in management consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte, etc.)

MBA degree from a top-tier business school or similar academic credentials, or a “direct promote” track record in Consulting

Prior experience in planning, designing, and implementing sales improvement solutions at a global scale

Experience / projects in B2B software industry a must

Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred, e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan a plus

Fluency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications

Bachelor/Masters degree in Economics, Analytics, Business studies, Business Administration or related subjects or equivalent military experience required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $147,600/yr to $238,800/yr.
