Job Description

The Senior Manager, Human Resources Technology has responsibility for all Human Resources related technology. This role is responsible for managing HR technology project implementation, project prioritization, and providing input into overall Human Resources technology architecture strategy and planning. Develops and participates in HR projects to accomplish HR initiatives that are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: System administrator and technical point of contact for all HR technology. Champions continuous process improvement with teams in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Payroll. Oversees the development of HR technology and transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve business outcomes for HR. In partnership with Digital Transformation, ensures successful selection and implementation of new/enhanced systems and solution functionality on time, on scope and within budget. Manage HR data integrity, data protection and data extracts and feeds for compliance/regulatory reporting. Collaborate with other business unit technology owners and external vendors to identify process improvements, systems enhancements and issue resolutions. Develop standard reports for customers in HR and other departments and schedule standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Create reports and analytics for quarterly Board Meetings. Conducts audits for accuracy & timeliness and assists with regulatory and internal SOX audits. Provide quarterly incentive compensation eligibility information to business partners. Maximize system driven dashboards to provide managers the tools to drive business. Work closely with IT on data interface and trouble shoot errors/discrepancies and make corrections as necessary. Maintains relationships with vendor partners to deliver operational support. Provide business partnership to the HR team as well as internal line partners to analyze work process design and flow, prove processes and leverage the return on technology capabilities. Serve as the department’s records champion ensuring that information is kept and managed in a consistent, systematic, reliable and compliant manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises staff, including hiring, scheduling and assigning work, reviewing performance, andrecommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and eight years of related experience; or Master’s degree in related discipline and six years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: WorkDay, ADP WFN or other HRIS experience required Experience working with HR systems across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Human Capital Management System Administrator experience for HR related systems

Knowledge/Skills: Expert planner and systems thinker with a strong IT aptitude, particularly with testing design and execution Proficient in interpreting and applying HR regulations and practices and possesses an in-depth working knowledge in audits and reporting. Proven track record with HR technology project implementation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent listening, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Must be able to operate in a changing environment and be able to manage ambiguity. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong planning, organizing, teamwork, and results orientation required. Strong PC skills with advanced level required, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Highly self-motivated and directed. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Able to act independently and assume responsibility for multiple initiatives in a fast-faced environment yet remain flexible in response to changing needs and competing demands. Self-motivated, organized, solution-oriented, collaborative team player.
