What You’ll DoSia Partners' Managing Directors (MD) are critical leaders who drive the success and shape of our firm. They are integral in Sales, Account Management & Client Delivery, and Governance.As the primary driver of new business sales and revenue generation, MDs use their extensive network of connections to acquire new clients and grow the firm. They also have the ability to expand their network to strengthen current relationships and cultivate new ones.The ideal candidate will lead sales and delivery engagement with existing clients and identify new opportunities within their network of relationships. MDs will also be expected to lead commercial proposals within their Business Unit, supported by team members. They serve as the main point of contact to provide industry guidance, strategic direction, and implement best practices for the organization.ResponsibilitiesSales, Business Development, and Intellectual PropertyActively engaged in creating awareness, building brand, increasing reputational capital of Sia PartnersRepresents and commands an understanding of all business units capabilities in Hub and solution catalog of Sia PartnersIs actively engaged in GTM, Market facing and originationUtilize existing network and cultivate new relationships to generate new sales for the firmEstablish oneself as a client partner across multiple levels of seniorityDevelop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance and implementation of best practicesCreate innovative intellectual capital through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and PR opportunitiesManage a minimum of $1.5M in revenue and originate $800K of new revenueIdentify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposalsAccount Management & Client DeliveryAct as day-to-day leadership for client projects and aspects of client relationships and commercial processes within those relationshipsLead successful teams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff membersManage team resources to ensure delivery is provided on timeBe a doer and not afraid of getting "in the weeds" to deliver high-quality work for clientsManage portfolio of work from small to large projects, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key client stakeholdersApply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challengesLead and manage complex programs and firm building activitiesApply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challengesGovernance Be an integral member of Business Unit leadershipSupervises and animates a project teamProvide long-term guidance, goals and advice to junior staff membersProvide recommendations for the direction of the Business UnitBe an active member of firmwide initiatives and activities that cultivate the firm on a broader levelWork collaboratively with firm support staff to accomplish goals of the practiceBe a key interviewer and active participant in recruitment activities for the firmRisk, Regulatory & Compliance ServicesDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy for growth of Regulatory, Risk, and Compliance sector across different industriesPossess expertise in at least one or more of the following solutions: Risk Management, Compliance & Regulatory Program Management, Legal Operations, Regulatory TechnologyContribute to the development of high-quality technical offeringsLead internal corporate initiativesManage a team of resources to deliver high-quality work productsAttain both sales and delivery targets
