The Senior Manager of Commercial Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting is a highly visible role for a forward-thinking, agile, hands-on financial professional.This person will provide strategic initiative support and reporting/analytics to help growing commercial operations business. We are looking for a strong teammate who brings business acumen, a passion for operational excellence, great attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior leadership across a worldwide organization in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with functional leads and corporate colleagues to support and drive action plans to improve processes, automate/streamline functional reporting (using tools such as Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning, and Power BI) to deliver better business insight. This position can be remote.Key responsibilities:Business Partnering & Commercial Strategy Development

Implement innovative reporting solutions, for management dashboards, accurate reporting, usable metrics and reports to enable complex problem solving, process improvement, and support corporate growth initiatives related to Data Governance, Analytics and Reporting

Participate in meetings with Sales Management, Marketing, Pricing and suppliers, related to financial planning, reporting, and analysis

Support Commercial Finance team in building reporting and planning tools

Prepare and summarize business insights for management team

Collaborate with leadership teams in Accounting, and Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the vision, develop and implement strategies, design, and execute plan for future state process and system enhancements to enable innovation with growth

Lead and develop super user capability for the HFM, Power BI and other systems

Develop key financial performance indicators (critical metrics) to support management financial awareness and drive fiscal responsibility

Partner with broader Finance team to support companywide financial modeling and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or relevant subject area required

5-7 years of experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis required

Advanced experience with HFM, financial reporting systems such as OneStream, Data Warehouse tools, Financial Planning, Power BI and other analytical tools.

Previous Commercial Operations experience

Knowledge of financial and statistical modeling techniques

Fluent in advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and function formulas

Strong planning, organization, project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong communications and ability to engage individuals at all levels of the organization

Preferred qualifications:MBA

Prior Business Unit and P&L management experience strongly preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
