Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a thriving team in the Irvine area. The ideal candidate will have experience around optics, precision mounting, kinematic mounting, fixture design.Candidates will work with Process Development and Manufacturing Engineers to design tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks.Qualifications
  • Thermal and Stress FEA experience using SolidWorks Simulation
  • Design and solid modeling experience in SolidWorks
  • Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM), tolerance stack-up analysis and materials selection.
  • Skills in mechanical calibration of electro-optical and/or opto-mechanical assemblies
