Consultant in Enquero’s

Connected Planning unit, you will analyze business processes, pain points, as-is system functionalities to provide recommendations on addressing business challenges. You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate, and provide suggestions toimprove existingsystem capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. You are expected toanalyzeandrecommend commercially available softwareand/or open source technologysolutions based on business need.You are expected to developadeep understanding of the functional processes and underlying technology options.Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve your knowledge and skills will define success for your role.
  • Work with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to improve, define and manage new business processesand help developoveralltechnologysolution design.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
  • Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis.
  • Assess and define business problems, identify options, assemble, and analyze relevant supporting data, and shape recommendations for management approval
  • Coordinate meetings with subject matter experts, document and distribute meeting minutes/process, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Embrace new technologies and document the process and trainteammembers.Work with varioustools and technologiesto achieve desired functionality.Supportteams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase.
  • Establish, adopt, communicate, and enforce industry standards, principles and practices.
  • Be an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Senior/Lead Consultant, to develop work product and lead specific project initiatives.
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by
    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
    • Actively participate in organizationlevel activities and events related to learning, formal training, special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients’ business planning & performance management processes and related business requirements
  • Conceive and develop Proof of Concept POC models efficiently to provide pursuit support and establish credibility of Anaplan platform flexibility with the customers
  • Design effectively & efficiently to cover processes & requirements into detailed blueprint: enterprise models with associated modules, lists / line items, and calculations as supported by multi-dimensional Anaplan platform
  • Translate design into development plan / timeline and development effort to generate detailed staffing plans & project schedules through sprint cycles
  • Manage / support several concurrent customer threads across pursuit and implementation streams. Ability to self-manage time across competing priorities for optimal results.
  • Guide and mentor team members throughout the implementation process
  • Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
  • Expert skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
  • Ability to translate current customer spreadsheet models to effective and efficient Anaplan model designs. Design ability to translate complex excel models into scalable (low sparsity) multi-dimensional Anaplan models.
  • Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management
  • Subject matter expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis FP&A / Enterprise Performance Management EPM, Sales Performance Management (Quota / Territory Planning, Incentive Compensation Management), or Sales & Operations Planning S&OP / Integrated Business Planning IBP domains.
  • Strong understanding of data/integration both inbound as well as outbound with customer source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.). Experience with standard connectors like MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Anaplan APIs highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills. Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan Agile methodology.
