Mandatory Qualifications:1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience configuring and customizing Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) tools to align with organizational business processes and needs.2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience successfully migrating existing MS Project scheduling and resource data into EPPM solutions.3. Minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing multiple project planning and execution options (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid) to accommodate various project management methodologies.4. Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing system interfaces which incorporate the following best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI):• Developing the product with user insights (UX research and design)• Creating user-friendly and intuitive products (UI and content design)• Validating user needs, goals, and audience (research)• Addressing pain points before reentering solution development (testing)5. Successfully completed at least five (5) EPPM projects of similar scope using cloud-based, project and portfolio management software.6. Within the last five (5) years, successfully implemented two (2) EPPM projects of similar scope (using cloud-based project portfolio management software) for the public sector and/or government agency.7. Minimum of five (5) years of experience documenting business requirements (as-is/to-be) and performing gap analysis for project tasks and/or deliverables.8. Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing System Architecture Diagrams, System Maintenance Technical Design documentation and other project related documentation for knowledge transfer and training purposes.9. Minimum of three (3) years of experience integrating core systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, O365 Apps) into EPPM tools to streamline project and portfolio management processes and capabilities.10. Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in MS Power BI that are configurable with filters, drilldowns and/or links to present project statuses and overall portfolio health.11. Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing resource management tools that visually identify under/over-allocated resources to maximize capacity planning.12. Minimum of five (5) years of experience transitioning project solutions to clients utilizing industry best practices for change management, user training, knowledge transfer and mentoring.13. Minimum of three (3) years of experience configuring responsive layouts for viewing reports and/or dashboards on mobile devices (e.g., smart phone, tablet).14. Minimum of five (5) years of experience configuring document management tools to store and manage project-related documentation with role-based, security access controls.15. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
