• Our Semiconductor Infrastructure Solution division is looking for an experience tactical procurement buyer. This position will work within an exceptional team of procurement, material engineering, supply chain professionals to support 's world class technology operations and material supply chain, to enable material flows and supplies are available to our broad customer base.

• Perform full procurement operation and material management activities that include Supplier Quotations, Cost Negotiations, Contract Negotiation, Material Purchasing, Sub-Contractor Management, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Safety Stock Management and Inventory Optimization
• Support the development of procurement strategies for an identified set of Commodities or Categories that support new product development or production.
• Manage contract manufacturer (CM) or original design manufacturer (ODM) relationships to ensure assurance of supply and inventory optimization.
• Manage CAPEX purchase and ISO purchase
• Partner with global (US, Europe, and Asia) teams throughout and engage with global suppliers to manage material delivery schedules to meet project schedule or production requirements.
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication with global suppliers via email, teleconferences, and face to face meetings.
• Preferably to have experience in managing commodities such as: PCA, PCB, fiber optics, laser and lower-level materials for contract manufacturers.

• Minimum Requirement & Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement/supply chain management.
• Experience in managing either 2 of these commodities: PCA, PCB, fiber optics and lasers.
• Experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP methodology or systems (preferably Oracle)
• Strong business sense with a clear understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
